Smoking

Penarwyn House is a totally non-smoking establishment, this extends to all areas and all rooms. Guests are respectfully requested to observe this condition, We reserve the right to terminate this contract forthwith and ask Guests that disregard this policy to leave the premises immediately.

Deposits / Payment

Bookings must be confirmed with a refundable deposit (if cancelled by post or email no later than 14days before booked dates)within 3 working days by Debit/Credit card or by cheque made out to Penarwyn House for the amount of £80 for a double room and £50 for a single. Most major credit cards accepted.

Please note that a fee of 2% will be added to Credit card payments to help cover the extra bank charges incurred (This will not apply to Debit cards or when paying deposits)

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation (or curtailment of stay) less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival, we reserve the right to charge 75% of the full booking if we are unable to re-let the accommodation. For this eventuality we recommend you take out travel insurance.
