If you use the train services you can go to Newquay, Looe, Plymouth, Truro, Falmouth, St Ives and Penzance (travel time from Par to Penzance 63 mins)

One of our suggestions for a day trip

Catch the train to Penzance linking with the bus to Lands End you can then board the open topped bus at Lands End to St Ives one of prettiest bus trips in Britain and catching the train back to Par is easily done as a day trip. Timetables can be supplied by Mike.
